Our customer support already starts with the development of the machines, with us working together as partners to achieve a perfect result. Our extensive know-how enables us to construct the complete machine including pneumatic and electrical systems, program the control system, and deliver the machine ready for operation. Extractor units for gas analyser

On behalf of a leading international company in the sector of power and automation technology, we worked together as partners to develop these elaborate devices.

During the first stage, the development phase, we developed a CAD model. Tests were carried out by our customer using these functional prototypes. On the basis of the test results, we analysed possible efficiency potentials and adapted the model accordingly.

Manufacture of the device was undertaken by us completely in house during the next stage. Project handling covered the supply and/or construction of individual components, assembly of the device including pneumatic and electrical systems, quality assurance and project documentation. Delivery of the operational device took place at the customer’s designated international installation site. Today, we are manufacturing this device in small series.
