For highly sensitive semiconductor manufacturing, a customer required customized tube components for special-purpose machinery. The requirements: maximum dimensional accuracy, absolute cleanliness for cleanroom use, and flexible geometries for complex machine designs.
We manufactured the tubes based on 3D data, documented every bend using gauge inspection or measurement, and, upon request, individually packaged the finished tubes under cleanroom conditions.
